What is the MTD Studios Complex?

The MTD Studios Complex is a state-of-the-art facility that is located in Clermont, Florida (Zip Code: 34736). Phase 1 of construction was completed in March 2007. It is a film/television production complex that houses a sound stage, backlot, chroma stage, support buildings and production offices.

Do you rent the Sound Stage?

No, due to the busy schedule of projects developed by our production company -- the sound stage is currently booked solid through early 2009.

Do you conduct auditions and where are they?

Yes, for the latest information on auditions (and crew positions) you can visit our Auditions Postings. All our auditions will be conducted in Central Florida.

I sent an email or left a voicemail message, but I never got a response?

Due to the large volume of questions and inquiries, we may be unable to respond to each individual inquiry. We will try to answer each question on this web site.

Who is built the complex?

The MTD Entertainment Corporation (founded in 2000) has designed the comprehensive complex with a focus to assist independent film production in the area. The MTD Entertainment Corporation produces original entertainment for film and television.

What are the divisions of MTD Corporation?

The MTD Entertainment Corporation has recently streamlined (the reorganization occured in June 2007) its production operations. Instead of the previous 3 divisions, the company now has 2. Our Motion Picture Division concentrates on developing Feature Films. Our Velocity TV develops hour-long and animated projects.
Our previous productions companies (Sinister and Innovative Partners) will continue to provide a library of legacy projects for various forms of distribution.
