The MTD Entertainment Corporation is a Florida S-Type Corporation that was founded in 2000. It is a production
company dedicated to film and television. The company has 2 employees who handle administration and accounting.
All cast and crew are employed as independent contractors. Pension, health care and other liabilities are provided
by their respective unions (S.A.G. / A.F.T.R.A. / etc.)
Set Etiquette
Every member of the cast and crew is expected to act in a professional manner. Here are some of the industry
accepted rules for film professionals (and followed on all MTD Entertainment Corporation productions):
1. Show up a bit early for the call.
2. Be polite. Use please and thanks.
3. Let people do their job.
4. Be humble.
5. Ask questions about assignments if in doubt.
6. Watch what's going on in YOUR department.
7. Make your superior look good.
8. Don't embarrass anyone.
9. Don't be a "hero".
10.Listen very carefully before you leap.
11.Learn and use peoples names.
12.Work hard and willingly.
13. Under no circumstances, should a cast or crew member disrupt the production. Any concerns or questions should
be brought to the producer or director in a professional and calm manner.
Sexual Harassment Policy:
MTD Entertainment Corporation has a ZERO TOLERANCE for sexual harassment of any kind. Harassment is not
permitted in any location under any circumstance including at:
1) On Location
2) At Sound Stages or other MTD facilities
3) Wrap Parties
4) Production Meetings / Informal Meetings

Sexual harassment constitutes any unwelcome behaviour of a sexual nature. It's not about fun or friendship but about the abuse of power. It is also worth bearing in mind that many people respond to situations in different ways. What may seem like an innocent action or remark to one person may be deemed offensive by another and the law sides with the 'victim' not the 'perpetrator'.
All of the below listed examples are forms of Sexual Harassments are are not tolerated by MTD Entertainment Corporation:
Verbal
* Comments about appearance, body or clothes
* Indecent remarks
* Questions or comments about your sex life
* Requests for sexual favours
* Sexual demands made by someone of the opposite sex, or even your own sex
* Promises or threats concerning a person's employment conditions in return for sexual favours
Non-Verbal
* Looking or staring at a person's body
* Display of sexually explicit material such as calendars, pin ups or magazines
Physical
* Physically touching, pinching, hugging, caressing, kissing
* Sexual assault
* Rape
